Semi-Solid Timber Flooring

It is a misconception that little can be done with worn or damaged semi solid timber floors. If you have the right equipment it can be restored to better than original condition, the difference is that there is a limited number of times that this can be done when compared to solid timber floors.

The sanding process must just remove the top few millimeters to reveal clean undamaged timber depending on the severity of the damage, then the timber floor is finished with several coats of our industrial grade applications. This will give the floor a hard, sealed and protected coating far outlasting the original coating.

The methods we use will enable us to re sand in the future without the need to break into the original timber because of the build level your floor will now have.

Below you can see the timber floor is stained and dirty from general wear and tear.

After careful sanding and multiple coats we restored the floor to the finish you can see below.

A close up of scratches which have dirt inside them, this can not be cleaned out and needs repair.
